ACBA Baseball is almost back in action! Get caught up with all the news from around the league!

UPEI Panthers 2025 Champions 🏆

📸: Noah Murray Photography (https://www.instagram.com/noahmurray_30/?hl=en) The UPEI Panthers were new kids on the block in 2025, and have now become the team to beat after capturing the ACBA Championship in their inaugural year! The Panthers defeated the UNB Reds in back to back championship games (Game 1: 20-13 UPEI Panthers, Game 2: 6-2 UPEI Panthers) to take the crown.

The Panthers open up their season at home against the Dalhousie Tigers on Saturday, September 12th.

Updates to the current regular schedule will be placed on GameChanger platform if required. Holland College Hurricanes Set to Host 2026 Championship Weekend 🏆

The Holland College Hurricanes will host the 2026 ACBA Championship Weekend on October 16-18 at Memorial Park in Charlottetown, PEI.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to showcase the passion for baseball that exists in Prince Edward Island and the incredible quality of the game played here,” said Adam Smith, Director of Athletics at Holland College. “Baseball has deep roots on this Island, and our community understands and celebrates the game. We’re excited to welcome the Atlantic region to PEI and show what makes baseball here so special — from the talent on the field to the energy in the stands. We believe this championship will reflect the very best of our sport, our school, and our province.”
