ACA and DAL finished their 4-game weekend series with a split decision. Game 1 saw some defensive difficulties for ACA later in the game despite putting up a crooked number in the first inning. DAL flipped the game on it's head in the 6th, putting up 6 on 5 hits to secure and maintain the lead. Jack Grant earned the win for DAL, with 5.0 IP and 4K. Game 2 saw the Axemen battle back to win the series, with Brady Cox taking the win.
The Hurricanes were able to put an end to the Reds undefeated season with a back and forth Game 1. Matt Peacock took matters into his own hands throwing 5.0 IP and 2 2B on the day. Game 2 saw UNB come out of the gates putting up runs in each of the first 3 innings, with a statement 2-run HR by Iain Warr. The Hurricanes clawed back but fell short in the end.
Brock Townsend took the bump in Game 1, throwing a complete game with 1 ER. Team effort with RBIs from Townsend, Trueman, and Lucas to drive in a run each in the victory. Game 2 was an offensive show by SMU, with both Camilo Riesgo and Townsend recording 3-run HR's in the affair.
